Year 3 had a fantastic day at the Verulamium in St. Alban’s. We found out lots of information about the way Romans lived through looking at artefacts, reading research and taking part in a workshop. We were lucky that the rain held off and we were able to see a Roman mosaic and hypocaust system out in the grounds of the museum. The children in Year 3 behaved wonderfully and were exhausted by the time we got back to school.
