School Premises can be considered for short-term or long-term lets.

CHARGES Charges are negotiable for long-term lets	Community Rates	Private Rates
Hall	£50 per hour	£100 per hour
Classroom	£30 per hour	£40 per hour
Studio	£45 per hour	£75 per hour
MUGA	£65 per hour	£100 per hour

Please note that maximum occupancies apply: Hall – 150 adults and/or children, Studio 40 adults and/or children and Classrooms 30 children.

The school premises cannot be let without an approved application at least four weeks in advance.
